IT Infra Manager

Gogoro Taiwan Limited_睿能創意股份有限公司 徵求 IT Infra Manager。

工作內容：
– Operational Leadership & Delegation: Act as the primary deputy for the Infrastructure Head. Lead, mentor, and oversee day-to-day activities for a diverse IT team including IT System, IT Network, SAP Basis, and Helpdesk engineers.
– Infrastructure Excellence: Ensure the 24/7 stability, availability, and security of enterprise server virtualization, cloud/hybrid infrastructure, Active Directory, and global network routing/switching. Oversee corporate connectivity (WAN, LAN, Wi-Fi, and SD-WAN solutions) across all offices, global business sites, and plants.
– Helpdesk & Service Desk Oversight: Standardize internal IT service delivery based on ITSM guidelines. Establish proactive monitoring mechanisms to maximize network uptime, while driving the Helpdesk team to improve SLA response times, automate routine support, and elevate user satisfaction.
– Project & Strategy Execution: Drive the implementation of infrastructure upgrades, security tools (SIEM/boundary firewalls), and complex cross-functional integration projects.
– Resource & Vendor Management: Streamline IT asset tracking, software licensing renewals, and vendor performance management to optimize infrastructure costs.

條件要求：
– Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related fields. 8+ years of technical experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, with at least 2+ years of experience in a team leader, supervisor, or deputy management capacity.
– Proven track record of managing enterprise-level infrastructure operations, cloud migrations (AWS/Azure), and IT security frameworks. Experience aligning infrastructure to support SAP Basis environments and systems is highly preferred.
– Strong background in IT project management, from planning to delivery. Demonstrated ability in vendor management, software licensing compliance, and cost/contract negotiation.
– Exceptional executive communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into business terms for non-technical stakeholders and leadership.
– Excellent abilities in team leadership, mentoring, and talent development. Possess an analytical, problem-solving approach to guide the team under high-pressure scenarios.
