#### 【輪班設備工程師 Equipment Shift Engineer】
– 進行半導體製程設備的監控、維護與異常排除
– 支援生產線穩定運作，確保稼動率與生產品質
– 與跨部門合作（製程、產線、品質）提升設備效能
– 規劃並執行預防保養（PM）與改善專案

#### 【輪班製程工程師 Process Shift Engineer】
– 監控製程參數、分析機台表現與品質趨勢
– 協助即時排除製程異常，提高良率及生產效率
– 與設備及品質團隊合作，推動製程穩定度改善
– 撰寫製程報告、進行資料分析與持續改善

#### 【輪班生產主任 Shift Production Supervisor】
– 帶領生產線團隊，確保產線順暢運作
– 監控每日生產指標（產量、良率、稼動率）
– 協助處理生產異常，並與製程、設備等部門協作
– 執行現場5S、製造流程優化、各項生產改善專案
– 培訓與管理班組成員，提升團隊績效

#### 【廠務工程師 Facility Engineer】
– 確保廠務系統（如HVAC、電力、機電、給排水）的穩定運作與維護
– 規劃並協調各項建設、擴建、汰換與維修專案，確保如期並在預算內完成
– 建立與執行安全管理程序，保障全體員工有安全的工作環境
– 與跨部門合作，了解需求並提出有效的廠務解決方案
– 定期執行廠務系統巡檢、稽核，確保符合法規
– 管理廠商與供應商，確保品質、時程與成本效率
– 運用專案管理技能，推動廠務系統升級與改善專案

#### 【Principal Specialist, Physical Security】
– Serve as the primary point of accountability for all physical security matters at the assigned site.
– Lead and manage site physical security teams, including direct staff and outsourced guard force providers.
– Translate enterprise physical security policies and standards into effective site-level implementation and execution.
– Lead all aspects of daily security operations, including staffing models, post orders, patrols, incident response, and investigations.
– Conduct site physical security risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies aligned with enterprise risk tolerance.
– Ensure compliance with physical security policies, regulatory requirements, audits, and inspections.
– Provide oversight of site security systems, including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and monitoring.
– Support capital projects, site expansions, and construction activities to ensure security requirements are embedded from design through operation.
– Serve as the senior escalation point for security incidents, coordinating investigations and corrective actions.
– Partner with site leadership, Facilities, Manufacturing, HR, IT, Legal, and external agencies as the need arises.
– Prepare and deliver site security metrics, risk summaries, and reports to regional and enterprise leadership.

#### 【Staff Global Business Partner】
– People Strategy & Business Partnership: Lead FE OMT people strategy for the Tongluo site, aligned with business priorities; partner with senior leaders on organization design, workforce planning, and key talent strategy; translate business strategy into actionable people initiatives; balance global HR frameworks with local site needs; act as a trusted advisor to OMT leadership.
– Program Leadership & Execution: Plan and execute strategic HR programs across regions and client groups, including annual enterprise cycles; collaborate closely with Global BPs, HR COEs, People Services, and site leadership.
– Analytics, Insights & Results: Deliver executive-ready people analytics, insights, and recommendations; use workforce data to drive outcomes in talent, performance, engagement, and organizational health.
– Leader Coaching & Talent Enablement: Provide 1:1 coaching to senior leaders on leadership effectiveness and team development; drive succession planning, leadership development, and high-potential talent readiness; connect leaders and teams to enterprise development programs.
