資深工程採購專員

職缺說明：聯發科技股份有限公司招募資深工程採購專員，負責辦公室及相關設施建設專案之全生命週期管理。

工作內容：
• Lead the full lifecycle of office construction and facility development projects, from planning and design through procurement, execution, commissioning, and handover.
• Manage multiple construction packages, including: office design and space planning, interior fit-out and renovation works, MEP systems, fire protection, low-voltage, and other building infrastructure projects.
• Develop project execution strategies, schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans.
• Oversee design consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Drive tendering and sourcing activities, including RFI, RFQ, RFP, bid evaluation, contract negotiation, and award processes.
• Leverage knowledge of public works and tendering procedures to ensure regulatory compliance and effective project delivery.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers and contractors to expand and strengthen the supplier base.
• Manage project budgets, cost controls, change orders, claims, and contract administration.
• Monitor project progress, safety, quality, and compliance requirements throughout execution.
• Provide regular project updates and recommendations to senior management.

條件要求：
必要條件：
• 大學以上學歷，建築、土木、營建、機電工程或相關科系。
• 8年以上工程建設、辦公室裝修、機電工程或相關專案管理經驗。
• 具大型辦公室、商辦大樓、企業總部或科技產業設施建設經驗。
• 熟悉公共工程招標及履約管理流程。
• 具備優秀的跨部門溝通、協調及問題解決能力。
• 具備工程成本控制及供應商管理實務經驗。
• 具備獨立管理多個專案並達成時程目標之能力。
加分條件：
• 具專案管理（Project Management）背景。
• 具採購（Procurement / Strategic Sourcing）相關經驗。
• 具工程招標、採購策略制定及供應商開發能力。
• 熟悉工程合約管理及商務談判。
• 持有 PMP、CPM、採購專業證照或相關工程專業證照者佳。
• 具科技業、企業總部或跨國企業建設專案經驗者優先。
