**工作內容**
1. Service contract implementation, ensure customer’s fulfillment based on contract T&C.
2. Seeking business opportunities/threats in daily operations with customers.
3. Assistance on service contract annual renewal with sales.
4. Production technical expert, internally and externally.
5. Solve complex technical problems by remotely/on-site analyzing data and creating a proactive action plan.
6. Ability/experience to lead or provide guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members.

– 學歷要求：大學、碩士
– 駕照：普通小型車
– 其他條件：
1. Electrical/Electronic related education background, bachelor degree or up.
2. At least 2 years (or up) experiences in semiconductor test system support.
3. At least 1 year experience in customer facing / customer management.
4. Analytical personality is required, self-motivation feature is a plus.
5. Ability/potential to solve problem independently.
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. English ability will be a plus.
7. Device testing issue debugging.
8. Proven experience in programming skills (C/C++, Java, Perl) is preferred.
